Delete your account

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From inside the app — fastest

• Open Machete DGX.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its data are removed immediately.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app installed, write to [email protected] from the address you registered with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity — e-mail, Apple or Google.
• Synced server profiles: host, port, username.
• App settings and appearance.
• Alert rules and their history, backup plans, report settings.
• Model download history and run configurations.
• Anything you published to the community library.
• Subscription entitlement records held by us.

What is not deleted

• SSH passwords and private keys. These never leave your device, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Remove the app to erase them from the device keychain.
• Your subscription. Billing belongs to Apple or Google. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — deleting the account neither cancels it nor issues a refund.
• Anything on your own DGX Spark. The app never stored your machine's data on our servers, so deletion does not touch it.
